Orders shipped outside the UK via Royal Mail may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, tariffs, and local carrier handling or clearance fees.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid by the recipient. The amount charged is determined by the customs authorities and delivery carrier in the destination country and cannot be calculated or guaranteed in advance.

If import charges are not paid and the parcel is refused or returned, the product price will be refunded once the parcel has been received back. Original shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, and any other costs resulting from the return will be deducted from the refund.

This also applies to orders shipped to the United States.

You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are accurate and up-to-date. Once your order has been dispatched, I cannot alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender.

For customers located in the UK, you should receive your reserved frame within 3-7 business days from date of dispatch. 

For customers located in the Asia Pacific, North America and Western Europe, you will receive your artwork within 5-14 business days from date of dispatch. 

For customers located in the rest of the world, you will receive your artwork or print within 12-30 business days from date of dispatch.
