You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are accurate and up-to-date. Once your order has been dispatched, I cannot alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender.

For customers located in the UK, you should receive your reserved frame within 3-7 business days from date of dispatch. 

For customers located in the North America and Western Europe, you will receive your artwork within 5-14 business days from date of dispatch. 

Shipping for orders outside of the UK via Royal Mail is exclusive of duties and taxes (these may be payable on delivery). Please note that you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery.

*US: Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fee for US-bound orders. With current tariff changes, any applicable import fees may be billed at delivery and are for the customer's own account.

A heads up - if these duties and taxes aren’t paid, your order will be returned to us, and we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus return fees and any additional shipping and customs charges.
